Yogesh works closely with law firms, boutique advisory firms and CA firms to help resolve their clients' complex direct tax, international tax and transfer pricing challenges.
His passion lies in formulating innovative tax strategies and delivering out-of-the-box, yet practical solutions to navigate and resolve complex tax disputes.
Before starting his independent practice as an Advocate, Yogesh had over 7 years of core tax litigation and advisory experience with a Big Four firm and a top-tier tax law firm. He has represented and assisted MNCs and large corporates in various high-stake and complex litigation assignments before the ITAT, CIT(A) and DRP, including GAAR proceedings. He has also briefed and assisted Senior Counsels for matters before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
Yogesh is recognised and appreciated for his attention to details, nuanced interpretation, persuasive legal drafting and innovative approach. His work has been acknowedged through several accolades, including the prestigious PwC Chairperson's Award (2025) for his contribution to a multi-million dollar GAAR assignment.
